Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women are invited to attend a fun and social session of gentle movement and exercise in the hydrotherapy pool at Reservoir Leisure Centre, led by an experienced and culturally aware swim instructor. Time in the spa and steam room is also available. Registration is required as spaces are limited to 10 people per session.
