Christine (Kit) Hiller's practice is grounded in a deep connection to place, shaped by her life in Northwest Lutruwita/Tasmania. In Coming Home, Hiller - born in Nipaluna/Hobart in 1948 - returns to the city where her artistic journey began, with works from across her career including her renowned depictions of Tasmania's flora and fauna and a 50-year series of self-portraits.
